4 Little Aprons

On Friday we'll be leaving to visit the great, humid land that is called Omaha, Nebraska. While there, we always do all sorts of fun activities. One of the things that the kids enjoy the most, is helping Ma in the kitchen. She often lets them make cookies, frosting, pizza, and other things that more often than not end up unidentifiable. But the kids always have a great time.

This year Ma decided the boys needed their very own aprons to wear in her kitchen. And since I'm the domestic one in the family, I was set to work (which I really didn't mind because it was a fun project).

Each apron is made from a potholder and half of a dishtowel. I am well aware that cream colored fabric is not ideal for the kitchen, but it was ideal for my budget. Enough said.

I'm a bit concerned about how girly they look. I have been asked at least once by each of my children why I was putting girl clothes on the boys. Megan seemed particularly distressed, because she thought they should all be for her.

Anyhow, without further ado, I present four little aprons (2 for my boys and 2 for my nephews)...
