More Notecards

This morning I made another set of note cards. I love how simple these cards are to make, and I love that they use scraps! No scrap is too small for making note cards.

I wanted to try a few different things with these cards. The one with the word "LOVE" on it was a challenge, but I love how it turned out. The flowers were difficult to sew on, but I think they look great. All in all, I'm very pleased with this set. The set isn't staying together this time. I made each card for a specific person, and will have them all in the mail this afternoon.

Which is your favorite? I think I like the one with the raindrops the best, followed by the "love" one.

Very Cute!
I like all of them, but the first two might be my favorites. Maybe the flowers could use a little leaf like the raindrop one, but they look great the way they are.
Are those paper scraps or fabric scraps?

They are fabric scraps. It's your other daughter that saves paper scraps.

you've inspired me! I've been looking for an idea for a homemade "congrats on your baby" gift, and some notecards (specifically "thank you" notecards for all the other baby gifts she'll be getting) is PERFECT! I love them. hopefully I can figure this out...

These are SO cute! I love them! I am not one who sews, but I could do this with paper just as easily! I am inspired, and always have thank you notes to write to someone so this will be a fun project. Tonight at our church (the 4th Tues of every month) we (the women of the church) have a "Make it and Take it" night. This is what I will do this evening.
