First Creek Canyon

Today our family went on a hike in First Creek Canyon. We had such a great time. The weather was gorgeous, and the kids were well behaved. I was surprised that the boys lasted the whole time. Two and a half hours is a long time to walk! But they were such troopers and did a great job.

The boys' favorite part was seeing the tadpoles. We came to a little pool of water that was at the top of a waterfall, and they were able to put their hands in and try to catch the little critters. Thankfully nobody fell in!

The scenery was gorgeous. I took lots of pictures, but they don't capture the beauty at all. We'll definitely be going back!
